Introduction

Welcome to the privacy policy (the “Policy”) of Ekip Co. (“we”, “us” and/or “our”). This Policy was produced by Ekip Coz (Ekip.co) to inform our users (you,your) about Ekip Co.'s software and related services (the 'Service'). This Privacy Policy sets forth Ekip Co.’s policy with respect to information, including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”), and other information that is collected from users of the Service. The Terms and Conditions of Ekip Co. govern your access to and use of the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and those desiring access to or use of the Services. By accessing or utilizing the Services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you are not permitted to use the Services. We reserve the right to amend, update, modify, revise, or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, by publishing revised Terms on the Service. By continuing to access or use our Services after the updated terms enter into force, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. You are no longer permitted to use the Service if you do not accept the new conditions. This Privacy Policy sets out how Ekip Co. collects, keeps, and uses information, including personal data (“Personal Data”) and non-identifiable data, about Service users. This Privacy Statement also applies to data that Ekip Co. gathers in-person, such as through customer service or at a business event. We may collect Personal Data and other information from you when you engage with us through the Service, as indicated below.

  • We gather Personal Data that is entered on our Service or supplied to us electronically, such as when you contact our support or voluntarily provide such information, such as when you register for access to the Ekip Co.

To Provide The Services And Respond To Requests
  • Ekip Co. utilizes the Personal Data you submit in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you give Personal Data for a particular purpose, we may use the Personal Data in connection with that purpose.

Non-Identifiable or Aggregated Data

We receive and retain certain personally non-identifiable information when you engage with Ekip Co. through the Service. This information, which is passively collected using a variety of methods, cannot currently be used to uniquely identify you. This information may be stored by Ekip Co., or it may be included in databases owned and maintained by Ekip Co.'s affiliates, agents, or service providers. Additionally, and without limiting the foregoing disclosures, Ekip Co. may receive, store, or otherwise use your Personal Data, including your activity usage as an individual contributor to a project on the Service, and provide reports containing such Personal Data to the designated project managers of the projects within the Service on which you work. If you provide Personal Data, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the servers of Ekip Co. and the authorized third parties.

This section applies solely to individuals in the EU (for these purposes, reference to the EU also includes the European Economic Area countries of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway and, where applicable, Switzerland). You have the right to be free from decisions based solely on automated processing of your Personal Data, including profiling, which produce a significant legal effect on you, unless such profiling is necessary for entering into, or the performance of, a contract between you and us, or with your explicit consent. We do not process your Personal Data for such automated decision-making, including profiling, at this time, but if we choose to do so in the future, we will provide you with notice and choice in compliance with EU data protection law
  • Right to withdraw consent. If we rely on your consent to process your Personal Data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; however, this will not impact any processing that has already occurred.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. If you have a concern about our privacy practices, including the way we handled your Personal Data, you can report it to the data protection authority that is authorized to hear those concerns.

Legitimate Interest

“Legitimate interests” means our interests in conducting and managing our organization and delivering the best Services to you. Exclusions

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by Ekip Co other than Personal Data collected through the Service. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Ekip Co. through this Service or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Ekip Co. shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute and exploit such Unsolicited Information without limitation or attribution.

Children

Ekip Co. does not collect Personal Information from minors under 18years of age. Please do not submit any Personal Data over the Service if you are under 18 years of age. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet activity and to assist us in enforcing our Privacy Policy by educating their children to never share Personal Data on this Service without their consent.
