These Terms of Service (Terms, Terms of Service) form a legally enforceable agreement between you (you or your;) and Ekip Co. (Ekip,us, we, or our). Interactions with Other Users

If the Services allow user interactions, you are completely accountable. We reserve the right, but aren't obligated, to monitor user disputes. We aren't responsible for your interactions with other users or their acts or inactions.

Moderators

In certain sections of the Services, you and/or other users may be able to participate as unofficial, voluntary moderators of User Content (Moderators). We are not liable for the activities of Moderators. We reserve the right to withdraw or restrict your capacity to act as a Moderator at any time and for any cause, including a violation of these Terms.

If you choose to become a Moderator, you agree to (a) comply with the Moderation Handbook; (b) take appropriate action to remove or restrict, as applicable, User Content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or the Moderation Handbook, and escalate issues in accordance with such terms and policies; (c) not perform any moderation activities in exchange for any form of compensation from a third party; and (d) maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information you may obtain.

We reserve the right, but are not required, to reverse any action or decision made by a Moderator if, in our sole discretion, we determine that such action or decision is not in our or the Ekip Co. communitys best interests.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to do any of the following when using the Services and/or any features or functions: (a) duplicating, distributing, or disclosing any element of the Services, including scraping; (b) using any automated system, including robots spiders offline readers etc., to access the Services in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time using a conventional online web browser; (c) sending spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (d) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the Services; (e) imposing an unreasonable or abnormally heavy burden on our infrastructure; (f) uploading or transmitting invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Services; (g) collecting or harvesting personally identifiable information, including account names; (h) impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; I interfering with the proper working of the Services; (j) accessing any content on the Services;

You agree not to post User Content that: (a) may cause harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you, to any other person, or to any animal; (b) may cause any other loss or damage to any person or property; (c) seeks to harm or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable details, or otherwise; (d) may constitute or coerce a criminal offense; or (e) We reserve the right, but are not bound, to reject and/or remove User Content that violates these terms.

Changes to Services

Our services always improve. We may add or remove features, products, or capabilities and suspend or cease the Services, in whole or in part. We may block access to some features. We may take any of these steps without prior warning.

Social Media

As part of the Services, you may be able to link your account with third-party service provider accounts (each a "Third-Party Provider Account") by: (a) providing your Third-Party Provider Account login credentials through the Services; or (b) permitting us to access your Third-Party Provider Account. You represent and warrant that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Provider Account login information to us and/or grant us access to your Third-Party Provider Account without breaching any terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third-Party Provider Account and without obligating us to pay any fees or making us subject to any usage limitations imposed by the third-party service provider of the Third-Party Provider Account. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be utilized in conjunction with any product or service without previous written permission from Ekip Co.

If you provide us with any ideas, proposals, suggestions, or other materials (collectively, Feedback;), whether related to the Services or not, you acknowledge and agree that such Feedback is not confidential, that your provision of such Feedback is gratuitous, unsolicited, and without restriction, and that your provision of such Feedback does not place us under any fiduciary or other obligation. We are free to use such Feedback without compensating you and without imposing any restrictions or obligations on you.

Our Services may link to third-party websites or services we dont own or control.

Ekip Co. has no control over third-party websites' content, privacy policies, or practices. We dont promote these entities/individuals or their websites.

You agree that Ekip Co. is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or purported to be caused by using or relying on third-party material, goods, or services.

We recommend reading the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

Termination

In our sole discretion, we may cancel or suspend your account and prevent access to the Services for any reason and without limitation, including a breach of the Terms. If your account is canceled or cancelled, we may erase User Content.

If you want to close your account, stop using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms that should survive termination do, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits.

Indemnification

Governing Law

These terms will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You waive any rights to a jury trial in any legal proceedings arising from or related to these terms. Our failure to enforce any rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. If any part of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
