Services: Ekip.co provides two main business models: (1) remote software developer and UI/UX designer outsource service on an hourly basis and (2) time and materials basis to build the software, web or app project MVP of entrepreneurs. We position ourselves as their partners and help them to build their MVP from idea and get funding from a Venture Capital.

Eligibility: To use our services, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Fees and Payment: Our rates are competitive and we offer transparent workforce monitoring. Payment for our services will be based on the agreement between you and Ekip.co. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of our services, including all applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property: Ekip.co respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will not be responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights caused by materials posted on our website by our users.

Data Protection: We understand the importance of your intellectual property and data regulations. Ekip.co is a regulated United States C-corporation, holding ISO27001 and ISO9001 certifications. We will use all reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee that it will be completely secure.

Termination: Ekip.co reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
